Class Summary: This class is run in partnership with Sadler’s Wells and uses movements inspired by ballet. This class offers gentle exercise to increase fitness and flexibility. Ballet Movement is a relaxing, yet muscle-toning and strength-building class. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience of ballet and dance and is inclusive for those with disabilities.
