Claremont Offices
Claremont provides office space to a number of other charities
and charitable organizations. These include:
- The British Association of Art Therapists
- The Association of Professional Music Therapists
- The Stuart Low Trust
- The Multicultural Counselling Centre
- A National Voice
- Room2Heal
- The Latin American Elderly Project (LAEP)
Rent rates to registered charities and community groups are negotiable.
Electricity, heating and cleaning of common areas are costs that
are included in a standard service charge. Office tenants can choose
to use Claremont's cleaner for their offices at cost. All offices
are recently renovated, have ample outlets for electricity and telephones,
and there are shared toilet and kitchen facilities. Every office
has external windows. Please free to contact us if you would like
to register interest in these or any other offices here.
The building itself is an early twentieth century three-story structure,
four buildings wide. The atmosphere is casual but professional and
networking between tenants in the building is common. Claremont
is rapidly developing a special and unique character and we anticipate
this developing further in the months and years ahead.
The upper floors at Claremont are not currently wheelchair accessible
but plans are in place to install a suitable lift and other disabled
facilities. Fundraising for this work is currently underway. The
ground floor is wheelchair accessible and there is a new disabled
toilet.
Claremont is conveniently located opposite The Angel tube station
in the heart of Islington - a perfect London location! If you are
interested in office space within the Claremont building, please
