Claremont offers a private room for hire to counsellors and psychotherapists. The room, which is well furnished and nicely decorated, is suitable for one-to-one sessions as well as for group sessions of up to 10 people.

Peak Times
Peak times are only bookable on a rolling monthly basis.
Morning and lunchtime peak times are bookable as hourly slots; evening times as 4hr blocks only.
We ask for one month's payment in advance (we invoice each month) and one month's refundable deposit. One month's notice is required for cancelling these bookings. Less than one month's notice will forfeit the deposit!

Non-Peak Times
These can be booked by you on a monthly basis or, if you prefer, on an ad hoc/one off basis.
Please note however that without making monthly bookings you may lose your slot to someone else! (During non-peak times, the room is let strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.)
Ad hoc bookings made can be cancelled with one full week's notice but any less notice than that will incur the booking fee. There is a £100 refundable deposit prior to any non-peak time booking.
