Please note that we do our best to keep this calendar up-to-date but with so much going on at Claremont, we occasionally drop the ball. It’s unlikely for example that we’ll be quick enough to change the timetable if a tutor cancels at short notice. If you want to be certain about a class running, please call us! Tel: 020 7837 3402. Please also note that tickets bought online for our classes are non-refundable, for that day/class class only, and cannot be used for a different day or carried forward to another class!

12 Weeks Therapy Group for Ageing
About the event
What’s ageing like for you? Good, bad, indifferent – all of the above? Is it what you dreamed, what you feared, did you never give it any thought at all and now here we are? Might it be useful to meet with others to talk about ageing and how we understand who we have been and who we are becoming?
These sessions will be run by Stella Duffy, an existential psychotherapist working with the Claremont Project’s psychotherapy service. She is in the final year of doctorate training and her research is in the embodied experience of postmenopause.
Before becoming a therapist, Stella worked for many decades in the arts and communities as a writer, theatremaker, facilitator and workshop leader.
If you are interested in joining a therapy group exploring our various experiences of ageing, please sign up at the front desk.
Stella will then arrange a brief initial meeting with you to discuss suitability for the group. Max. 10 people, you’ll need to be able to attend most of the 12 weeks.
