Class Summary: This exercise class is perfect if you would like to do some gentle exercise. The class is fun and friendly and the tutor is very experienced. Please let the tutor know when you arrive if you are new and he will ask about any health issues you may have (all tutors are very experienced at adapting movements to different abilities and requirements).
