Class Summary: Claremont has two keep fit classes. The first, ‘Keep Fit’, is a more energetic class, whilst the second ‘Gentle Exercise’ is designed for people who are looking for something a little less physically demanding. The classes use a variety of strength-building exercises that look at providing a cardiovascular workout as well as improving flexibility. If you are attending a class for the first time, the tutor will ask you about your specific needs and any health issues you might have (all tutors are very experienced in adapting movements to different abilities and requirements). This is a friendly and fun class!
