Class Summary: This class is led by the amazing Augusto, who is extremely experienced in working with older people’s fitness and physical difficulties, including pain, and can adapt exercises to different abilities and requirements. A friendly, welcoming class, this group is all about building or regaining movement and core strength. If you are worried about falling, recovering from a fall, or simply want to improve your physical health, this is the class for you!
