Welcome back to Claremont’s Online Strength and Balance.
The fabulous fitness specialist Augusto Pardo is taking us through our paces online, his carefully designed session allows participants to improve overall strength, posture, and balance.
This is a really great class which is really worth giving a go.
Augusto is an encouraging teacher who really knows his stuff, the classes are always fun and inspirational with plenty of adaptations offered no matter what level you are working at.
If you are attending a class for the first time, the tutor will ask you to fill in a health form asking about your specific needs and any health issues you might have (all tutors are very experienced at adapting movements to different abilities and requirements).
