Please note that we do our best to keep this calendar up-to-date but with so much going on at Claremont, we occasionally drop the ball. Pilates summary: The practise of Pilates promotes mindfulness and awareness of the body. Pilates is proven to bring many health and wellbeing benefits, including relief from joint pain and muscle tension, improvement to flexibility, strength, balance, posture and alignment. Pilates can be a great tool to promote longevity and injury prevention. The knowledgeable Tutor Laura creates a sense of calm, relaxation, and focus. Advocating for safety and comfortability whilst providing optional, additional levels of challenge, Laura’s classes accommodate for all levels of ability.
