Please note that we do our best to keep this calendar up-to-date but with so much going on at Claremont, we occasionally drop the ball. Strength and Fitness in St Mary’s
About the event
This class takes place at St Mary’s Community Centre on Upper Street, making use of their extensive gym equipment.
All levels of experience are welcome, and attendees take the driving seat with the kind of workout they want to do.
Throughout, the positive and extremely encouraging Sheldon is close by to offer knowledge, support, and guidance.
Each session, there is an optional guided workout using mat work, with various exercises tailored to the group. This serves as a gentle, full-body workout, often including repeated exercises focusing on isolated body parts, with held positions, abdominal exercises, limb extensions and light cardio.
The session will now be £2.50
PLEASE NOTE: We have limited spaces available each week and booking is essential. You can book and pay for your place at the reception desk in the Claremont building – you can only book 1-2 weeks in advance. Our cancellation policy allows members to cancel and rebook up to 3pm on the Friday before the class – after this time we cannot refund or rebook.
