What better way to increase relaxation than Tai Chi with our lovely (and very Zen!) Martial Arts master, Dave?
Tai Chi is a great gentle workout for the body and mind.
It helps increase both flexibility and strength whilst working on breathing techniques to aid relaxation.
This non-combative martial art also helps to relieve the physical effects of stress upon the body and promote good mental and physical fitness.
I tried this the other day and loved it, I highly recommend trying it!
