Please note that we do our best to keep this calendar up-to-date but with so much going on at Claremont, we occasionally drop the ball. It’s unlikely for example that we’ll be quick enough to change the timetable if a tutor cancels at short notice. If you want to be certain about a class running, please call us! Tel: 020 7837 3402. Please also note that tickets bought online for our classes are non-refundable, for that day/class class only, and cannot be used for a different day or carried forward to another class!

Tai Chi

About the event

Tai Chi increases flexibility and strength and works on breathing techniques to aid relaxation and is a good gentle workout for the body and mind.

Tai Chi is a non-combative martial art which helps to relieve the physical effects of stress upon the body and promote good mental and physical fitness.

 

 

For in-person participants: 

Please make sure to purchase your tickets either online or in the Claremont building.

 

For online participants:

Please note that this will not be a true “hybrid” class however we will do our best to make sure that the camera is set up so that you can follow the session.

There is no charge to join in from home, but you will need to let us know if you would like to attend so that we can send you the joining details.

 

 

Please wear comfortable clothing and your own water bottle.
