Class Summary: This class concentrates on the form of Qigong Tai Chi. Using slow, deliberate movements and controlled breathing, this low impact activity is believed to help restore energy, reduce stress, ease joint pain as well as improve circulation, muscle strength and balance. Designed for those who have been coming to the Tai Chi with Gentle Movement class for a while or those with previous Tai Chi experience.
