Please note that we do our best to keep this calendar up-to-date but with so much going on at Claremont, we occasionally drop the ball. About the event
This chair-based yoga class is a great twist on traditional yoga.
Yoga is useful for increasing physical fitness, including strength, flexibility and balance and as a form of exercise that can promote feelings of wellbeing and relaxation.
Claremont’s yoga class works on mats with a range of chair, floor-based, and standing work.
All materials are provided.
Please bring your own water bottle.
