Class Summary: The spiritual practice of yoga has traditionally been used to combat the effects of stress upon the body. Yoga is useful for increasing physical fitness and flexibility and as a form of exercise that can promote spiritual engagement with our surroundings. Claremont’s yoga class works on mats with a range of chair, floor-based, and standing work. All materials are provided.
