Ballet for Beginners

Join a high-quality beginners’ ballet class, run in partnership with the world-renowned centre for dance, Sadlers Wells.

The class, led by Simona, uses movements inspired by ballet. The class offers gentle exercise to increase fitness and flexibility. Ballet Movement is a relaxing, yet muscle-toning and strength-building class. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience of ballet and dance and is inclusive for those with disabilities.

Our dance programme is supported by The Linbury Trust, whom we welcomed to Claremont with Lady Sainsbury and ballet legend, Wayne Sleep, for a panel interview and discussion. We are all very grateful for their support!
