FITNESS FOR BEGINNERS

If you feel you like you could do with getting some exercise but you’re not sure how to do it, then why not try our Fitness for Beginners class?

Our class leader, Augusto, is brilliant at assessing capabilities and needs and tailors exercises for each person. It’s like having your own personal trainer (but without having to leap around like a gym bunny). The class is fun and friendly, so come on over and join in!
